Refund policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Oracle deck, you can return the deck to us if still shrink wrapped, unopened and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Postage must be paid for by the customer and include signed for delivery. This is for your protection and ours so that you have proof you sent the product back to us and we have received it for a refund to be issued.

Psychic readings are non refundable to protect Elmira from people running scams to get free readings.
